PSC / POLICY CENTER / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2, 2026 / VERSION 2026-08-02-v9
Clear terms,
before an order.
These policies explain how member accounts, verified-member Bitcoin checkout, protected-stock review, shipping, research-use restrictions, and personal information are handled. Retail single vials, standard Wholesale Kits, and New Arrival kits use immediate order-specific Bitcoin checkout; the protected US-warehouse special remains review-first. For the customer-facing sequence, see the step-by-step buying guide.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Fast, discreet tracked United States shipping.
The storefront currently accepts United States shipping addresses. A unified cart without a New Arrival line currently adds $10 tracked Priority Shipping. A unified cart containing any New Arrival line currently adds $20 tracked Priority Shipping. A first retail order with at least $1,200 in retail merchandise receives the displayed shipping waiver only when the cart contains retail items alone. The protected US-warehouse special uses its own displayed shipping terms. The estimated transit window is 3–5 business days after dispatch unless an offer states another window; processing, review, carrier conditions, backorders, and address issues may affect arrival.
Orders are prepared for discreet shipment in plain outer packaging. Carrier labels, return information, and any legally or operationally required markings still appear as needed. An order is not scheduled for fulfillment until the applicable checkout validation or protected-stock review is complete and cryptocurrency settlement has been independently confirmed. The server itemizes the current shipping amount before payment is created. Tracking targets shown for an offer are operational goals rather than guaranteed order-to-door deadlines.
Address accuracy
Members are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. If an address needs correction, contact support with the order number before the order is marked fulfilled. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delivery updates and problems
The signed-in Order status page shows the store workflow state. Carrier or shipment details, when applicable, are communicated separately. For a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package and contents so the issue can be reviewed.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Two checkout paths. Order-specific payment.
Retail single vials, standard Wholesale Kits of ten vials, and New Arrival kits share one Bitcoin checkout for signed-in, email-verified members. The server revalidates the cart, address, applicable limits, terms, shipping, and total before creating an order-specific Bitcoin payment page. The protected US-warehouse special is separate and remains a request pending physical-stock and recipient review before payment instructions are released.
Order validation and acceptance
Unified checkout creates an order only after server validation; it may reject or correct stale, unavailable, mispriced, over-limit, duplicate, suspicious, or altered requests before a Bitcoin payment page is issued. The protected US-warehouse special is not accepted at submission and does not reserve payment approval until PSC confirms physical stock and the request. No order enters preparation until the applicable checkout/review requirements are satisfied and PSC independently verifies cryptocurrency settlement.
Crypto-only pricing and processing fee
Immediate unified checkout currently accepts Bitcoin only. The protected US-warehouse special accepts only the crypto assets shown for that separately reviewed order. Every listed and sale merchandise price stands as displayed; choosing crypto does not change the merchandise price. Unified checkout adds a 1.5% PSC processing fee calculated on the merchandise subtotal plus shipping and itemizes it before the final dollar total and Bitcoin request are created. Wallet, exchange, purchase, spread, withdrawal, transfer, and Bitcoin network fees are separate third-party charges, are not paid to PSC, and must not be subtracted from the exact BTC request.
Bitcoin purchased through an independent app still requires the Bitcoin selection. Cash App, Coinbase, Kraken, Exodus, and other wallets or exchanges are independent third-party services, not PSC payment processors. Unified checkout displays one private order-specific destination and exact Bitcoin amount immediately after the order is created. Protected-special instructions appear only after review. The buying guide links directly to selected providers' official, non-affiliate help pages without recommending one provider over another.
Order minimums
Retail uses the displayed catalog quantities. A first standard-wholesale purchase requires at least $300 of standard-wholesale merchandise; after a paid or fulfilled standard-wholesale order, the normal one-kit minimum applies. New Arrival quantities and limits are shown with the offer, including the requirement that BAC-3 mL be ordered with a New Arrival peptide kit. The protected members-only special-stock program uses its displayed one-kit minimum.
Unified members must use only the private payment page returned by checkout or recovered from their signed-in order history. Payment-page access remains available longer than the displayed BTC/USD price lock: the exact Bitcoin amount is locked for 15 minutes. If the countdown ends before sending and no transfer has been detected, refresh the amount on that same private page before authorizing payment; the order-specific destination remains reserved. Never send the hidden or expired amount, and never attempt to refresh or recalculate after a transfer has been sent or detected. Protected-special customers must wait for approved order-specific instructions. Always verify the order number, exact amount, asset, network, and destination before paying. Unified checkout requires BTC on the Bitcoin network only; do not use Lightning or another asset or network. Do not send payment based on a social message, screenshot, copied instructions from another order, or unsolicited wallet address.
Blockchain transfer responsibility
Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible after broadcast. The buyer is responsible for selecting the exact approved asset and compatible network, entering the complete destination, including any required tag or memo, and covering network or third-party service fees separately so the exact requested amount reaches PSC. PSC does not receive or control credentials used with Cash App, Coinbase, Kraken, Exodus, wallets, exchanges, ATMs, or other third-party services. Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-asset transfers, wrong-network transfers, duplicate transfers, and transfers to an address not issued for the order require manual review and may be unrecoverable. A receipt or screenshot does not establish settlement; the applicable blockchain record and PSC's independent verification control.
Unified Bitcoin payment status is checked automatically. Detection or a pending network state is not confirmation; PSC records payment only after the order-specific service reports the full expected confirmed amount. After detection, the secure page shows status instead of reusable payment details. Unified customers do not submit or email a transaction ID. A protected non-Bitcoin customer may be asked for a transaction ID as supporting evidence, but a receipt or screenshot is not settlement proof. Never email a password, two-factor authentication code, private key, or seed phrase.
Transactional email
The unified payment page is returned by checkout and can be recovered from signed-in order history; email delivery is not required to access it. Transactional emails intentionally omit the Bitcoin amount, destination, wallet URI, and QR code. Use the secure private page—and refresh the quote there if its 15-minute lock ended—for all actionable payment details. Order and payment-confirmation email is sent from orders@peptidesupplyclub.com. Add that address to safe senders and check Spam or Junk if a message is missing. PSC never requests passwords, two-factor codes, private keys, or recovery phrases by email.
All sales final; cancellations and corrections
All sales are final once cryptocurrency payment is confirmed, except where applicable law requires otherwise or PSC approves a written correction or remedy. Contact support before sending payment if a cancellation or address correction is needed. An untouched immediate-Bitcoin order is cancelled automatically only after its seven-day secure-payment window and an additional one-hour processing grace end with no transfer activity detected; any reserved New Arrival inventory is then released. A cancelled or expired payment page cannot be renewed for another send, so place a new cart to obtain current price, availability, and a new order-specific request.
If Bitcoin was sent near expiration, do not resend and do not place a duplicate order. A later provider event does not reopen the cancelled order or re-reserve inventory; PSC records it for manual reconciliation and notifies the customer and administrator. Because blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after any transfer is detected or confirmed. Do not return material without written instructions.
RESEARCH-USE POLICY
For research purposes only.
Catalog materials and site information are offered for qualified, lawful research purposes only.
The site does not provide dosing, administration, medical, veterinary, or patient-specific guidance. Product names, categories, amino-acid graphics, and educational summaries describe research context only and do not establish safety, efficacy, approval, purity, or suitability for a particular experiment.
Vial format and research handling
Catalog items are supplied as lyophilized—freeze-dried—research material in vials and require reconstitution before research use. Store unopened lyophilized vials frozen. After reconstitution, refrigerate for short-term research handling unless a validated compound-specific protocol requires different conditions. Solvent selection, reconstitution procedure, and stability vary by material; qualified researchers should follow a validated compound-specific protocol and avoid assuming one universal procedure applies to every peptide.
General handling references include MilliporeSigma peptide handling and storage guidance and the Thermo Fisher custom peptide storage and dissolution guide. These general references do not replace a compound-specific laboratory protocol.
Access and ordering require confirmation that the member is at least 21 years old and accepts responsibility for lawful acquisition, handling, storage, and use.
SITE & ACCOUNT TERMS
Use the service accurately and lawfully.
Members must provide accurate account, contact, and order information; protect their sign-in credentials; and notify support of suspected unauthorized account use. One person may not use another member's identity or payment instructions.
Peptide availability, prices, and content may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted. Server-validated prices, inventory rules, policy version, and order records control if a browser display is stale or altered. Abuse, automated scraping, unauthorized security testing, credential sharing, account takeover, fraud, charge or payment manipulation, impersonation, false research-use declarations, unlawful resale, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited use may result in access being restricted and an order being declined.
Educational materials link to independent sources for general reference. Peptide Supply Club does not control third-party content and does not treat a linked source as product-specific advice or endorsement.
Research suitability responsibilities
Site content does not establish that a material is suitable for a particular protocol or will produce a particular research result. The buyer is responsible for independent protocol design, legal review, storage, handling, and research-suitability decisions.
Policy changes and proof of agreement
The checkout identifies the policies being accepted. Required boxes are unchecked by default, and the server records the member, timestamp, checkout context, and policy version. A material policy change applies prospectively and requires a new version. The policy version accepted with an order remains part of that order record.
Questions and disputes
Send a written notice to orders@peptidesupplyclub.com with the member email, order number, relevant facts, requested resolution, and supporting records. This policy version does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a selected governing law. Any future material dispute-resolution change will be presented conspicuously and will require jurisdiction-specific drafting and qualified legal review before use.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Only the data needed to run the service.
Account registration collects a name, email address, password credential, age and research-use confirmations, and optional marketing preference. Orders collect requested items, shipping information, order notes, payment preference, confirmations, timestamps, and workflow status. Security logs may include device, browser, network, session, and administrative-action information.
This information is used to authenticate members, protect the service, review and fulfill orders, send transactional messages, provide support, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are optional and separate from transactional order communication.
Service providers may process data for hosting, security, database, Bitcoin-payment monitoring, and transactional-email delivery under their own contracts and privacy terms. The site creates an order-specific Bitcoin destination and amount, but the buyer authorizes the transfer in an independent wallet or service. Do not enter wallet passwords, two-factor codes, private keys, or seed phrases into this website.
Transactional email bodies and account-security messages are automatically redacted or removed from the operating database after 30 days once sent or permanently failed. Expired or used one-time account tokens are removed after a short operational window. Order, fulfillment, consent, and audit records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out, email orders@peptidesupplyclub.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction records.
WHOLESALE TERMS
Open membership, one-kit minimum.
Wholesale enrollment is open to eligible verified members. Each Wholesale Kit contains ten vials. Standard-wholesale names, listed prices, and cart building are public. Member sign-in and email verification are required when checkout begins; every selected SKU, price, quantity, and availability state is then revalidated by the server.
Standard-wholesale lines may share the unified Bitcoin cart with retail and New Arrival lines. A first standard-wholesale purchase requires at least $300 in standard-wholesale merchandise; after a paid or fulfilled standard-wholesale order, the normal one-kit minimum applies. The protected US-warehouse special uses its displayed one-kit minimum, separate cart, physical-stock review, and approved crypto instructions. No payment-method discount applies to either program.
Wholesale checkout or submission does not guarantee a particular resale outcome. The buyer is responsible for lawful handling, storage, labeling, marketing, transfer, resale, and following the accepted research-purpose conditions. A wholesale account may not be used to evade laws, sanctions, product restrictions, research-use conditions, or another account restriction.
QUESTIONS / CORRECTIONS
Ask before placing the order.
Include the relevant policy section and, for an existing order, the PSC order number. Unified Bitcoin confirmation is automatic; do not send wallet credentials or sensitive account information. If support requests a transaction ID for a protected non-Bitcoin order, it remains supporting evidence only. Never email passwords, full payment credentials, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or seed phrases.
