SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Tracked United States shipping.

The storefront currently accepts United States shipping addresses. Standard Priority Shipping with tracking is $25. Orders selecting an available cryptocurrency receive a $15 crypto shipping discount, reducing shipping to $10. The estimated transit window is 3–5 business days after dispatch; processing, review, carrier conditions, and address issues may affect arrival, so this is not a guaranteed order-to-door deadline.

An order is not scheduled for fulfillment until it has been reviewed and any separately requested payment has been confirmed. The exact shipping amount is recorded with the selected payment preference and shown before the order request is submitted.

Address accuracy

Members are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. If an address needs correction, contact support with the order number before the order is marked fulfilled. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery updates and problems

The signed-in Order status page shows the store workflow state. Carrier or shipment details, when applicable, are communicated separately. For a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package and contents so the issue can be reviewed.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or fulfillment. The website records the requested items, shipping information, required confirmations, and payment preference. It does not collect card or cryptocurrency payment.

Payment-specific pricing

Bitcoin orders receive a 5% merchandise discount and $10 priority shipping with tracking. Orders requesting a credit-card payment link receive $25 priority shipping with tracking and a separately disclosed 3% credit-card surcharge calculated on the merchandise subtotal. The selected adjustment and exact total are shown before submission, recorded with the order, and repeated in transactional emails. Any credit-card surcharge is used only where permitted by applicable law, card-network rules, and the merchant’s acquiring agreement; if it cannot lawfully be applied, the later payment request must be corrected before payment.

After review, an order-specific payment email may be sent to the member email address. Members should verify the order number, amount, and secure destination before paying. Do not send payment based on a social message, screenshot, or unsolicited wallet address.

Cancellations, returns, and corrections

Contact support before payment or fulfillment when a cancellation or correction is needed. Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, or other resolution depends on the order state, condition of the material, and applicable law. Do not return material without written instructions.

RESEARCH-USE POLICY

Laboratory research only.

Catalog materials and site information are intended solely for qualified, lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, food, household use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or any other clinical purpose.

The site does not provide dosing, administration, medical, veterinary, or patient-specific guidance. Product names, categories, amino-acid graphics, and educational summaries describe research context only and do not establish safety, efficacy, approval, purity, or suitability for a particular experiment.

Access and ordering require confirmation that the member is at least 21 years old and accepts responsibility for lawful acquisition, handling, storage, and use.

SITE & ACCOUNT TERMS

Use the service accurately and lawfully.

Members must provide accurate account, contact, and order information; protect their sign-in credentials; and notify support of suspected unauthorized account use. One person may not use another member's identity or payment instructions.

Catalog availability, formats, prices, and content may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted. Server-validated prices and order records control if a browser display is stale or altered. Abuse, automated scraping, security testing without permission, fraud, unlawful resale, or prohibited use may result in access being restricted.

Educational materials link to independent sources for general reference. Peptide Supply Club does not control third-party content and does not treat a linked source as product-specific advice or endorsement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every page, product, or third-party service will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Only the data needed to run the service.

Account registration collects a name, email address, password credential, age and research-use confirmations, and optional marketing preference. Orders collect requested items, shipping information, order notes, payment preference, confirmations, timestamps, and workflow status. Security logs may include device, browser, network, session, and administrative-action information.

This information is used to authenticate members, protect the service, review and fulfill orders, send transactional messages, provide support, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are optional and separate from transactional order communication.

Service providers may process data for hosting, security, database, and transactional-email delivery under their own contracts and privacy terms. Payment is completed later through the selected order-specific service; do not enter payment credentials into this website.

Transactional email bodies and account-security messages are automatically redacted or removed from the operating database after 30 days once sent or permanently failed. Expired or used one-time account tokens are removed after a short operational window. Order, fulfillment, consent, and audit records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out, email orders@peptidesupplyclub.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction records.

WHOLESALE TERMS

Open membership, one-kit minimum.

Wholesale enrollment is open to eligible members. Each kit contains ten vials, and one complete kit meets the minimum order. Protected wholesale prices are available only after member authentication and are revalidated by the server at submission.

Wholesale orders use a selected cryptocurrency preference and receive a 5% crypto merchandise discount in addition to the displayed member kit savings. First wholesale orders require cryptocurrency, and no wallet address or payment is requested at website checkout. The exact asset, supported network, amount, expiration, and secure invoice are provided only after review.
